Credit Card Payment For Library Fines

Columbia County uses PayGov, a third party company, to process credit card transactions. When paying your Columbia County Public Library fines online, PayGov will charge a $1.00 convenience fee for all transactions under $33.00 or a 3% convenience fee for all transactions over $33.00. Payments may also be made by phone by calling 1-866-480-8552. Payments made by phone will be charged a 4.95% convenience fee by PayGov with a minimum fee of $4.95. All convenience fees will be paid by the customer through a separate transaction. Payments may take one or two business days to process.

Pay Fines

Please provide your name, library card number, phone number, and the amount of your library fines. If you would like to make a payment for someone other than yourself, you will need to provide that person's name, library card number, and the amount of his/her fines. Visit the library's website to check your fine amount.
